William Edwards returned to his hometown, Stoke on Trent, in 1989 after graduating from the Royal College of Art (RCA) to set up what is now known as William Edwards William and his small team became well known for silkscreen printing and hand decorating for household names such as Wedgwood, Royal Doulton and Royal Worcester. With his team he identified a market for bespoke bone china. From which he started designing and manufacturing exclusive lines for some of the world's finest hotels, restaurants, clubs, retailors and Royalty.
